JUST 10 mins A DAY for better STRETCH, TONE + FOCUS!
This 10 mins video takes you through the INDIV YOGA Sun Salutation SIMPLE FLOW ROUTINE. It is an ideal exercise first thing in the morning, as it activates all the major muscle groups, stretches the 4 curves of the spine and gets the heart and lungs pumping! It starts with a centering and breathing exercise and ends with a short meditative relaxation, guiding you gently through the movements.
If you don’t have a yoga mat at home, lay a large towel on a rug or carpet to create your practice space. Pop on the video and follow along for the 10 mins. EASY AS THAT! Then after 10 days get back to me and let me know how you feel!
