25 Sep Mahila Yoga – Yoga for WOMEN
Tone PELVIC FLOOR – Balance HORMONES – Strengthen CORE abs + lower back. Introducing the new class at the Indiv Yoga studio! ‘Mahila’ means woman in hindi, and this hatha yoga class is designed especially for women, and includes correct abdominal exercises for those who have previously given birth. A gentle full body workout, stretching all major muscle groups, stimulating our natural detoxing system and working on correct alignment and posture. Classes will focus primarily on poses for:
- Toning the PELVIC FLOOR
- Balancing HORMONES
- Strengthening CORE abdominals + lower back
Each session will include 15 minutes of Mindful Meditation exercises and relaxation techniques for better focus and calm, and anti-aging exercises.
Thursdays: 9.30 – 10.45 + 19.30 – 20.45 – Only 6 spaces –!
