About Charlie
Charlotte (Charlie) Stewart-Brown, founder of Indiv Yoga, was born in London in 1981 and was eventually recommended Yoga and Meditation at 14 years old, after struggling with anxiety and anxiety related disorders. In 2008 after a degree in Psychology & Sociology, and some grueling years in business, she finally decided to finish her RYT 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training and dedicate herself to teaching yoga full time.
With a difficult childhood in the pressure of London, Charlie started to find strength & calm through yogic breathing exercises, zen meditation & different styles of yoga. She has since trained with some of the most renowned yoga teachers around the world (David Swenson, Shiva Rea, Anne-Marie Newland, Sadhguru, Sadie Nardini, Leslie Kaminoff, Sonia Sumar) studying Hatha, Sivanada, Ashtanga, Children and Family Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Yoga for Special Needs and Inner Engineering. She has become well known for her successful work in Yoga for anxiety, and Yoga for Autistic Spectrum Disorder and ADHD.

She holds popular yoga retreats in beautiful venues in Switzerland and Portugal, which teach yoga and mindfulness techniques that can be easily applied in everyday life. Now living in Switzerland with her husband, she developed Indiv Yoga™ as a therapeutic approach to yoga and meditation, that every individual can benefit from. She is dedicated to the continued study of yoga, science, philosophy and meditation, to share her knowledge and experience with as many people as she can, and keep training more Indiv Yoga teachers around the world.
