I chose a course specialising in Mindfulness and Meditation for 30 hours. Charlie is a wonderful teacher, and I was initially intrigued by the work that she has done in corporate settings and British airways, and the capacity to "cross over" to make yoga and meditation more accessible to all to share its benefits with those that may be initially sceptical.
She is such a warm and knowledgable person, I absolutely loved being on the course and learned so much from her.
She motivated me and the other students to really use our potential and "hone" our individual styles of guided meditations within our yoga teaching practice.
Would definitely recommend to anybody interested in this area of yoga or for the Yoga Alliance's requirement every 3 years for 30 hours of additional study.

Charlie is an incredibly knowledgable yoga teacher and has created a 2 week course focused on you becoming a competent yoga teacher, which I loved. We were teaching by day 3 and I left feeling confident to teach (and sequence) a 75 minute class. Due to the nature of the 2 weeks, so much information is packed into the course and a lot of time spent reading/studying as well as practicing. My only comment would be it would’ve been great to have more yoga lessons with Charlie herself as she has a wealth of knowledge, but due to a packed schedule and the focus being on our own teaching progression I’m not sure where we could’ve fitted this in on a daily basis! 

I have left with a much stronger personal practice as well as a deeper understanding of the history of yoga and mediation methods. I’d highly recommend this course for anyone looking to deep dive into yoga and hone their skills as a teacher in an immersive experience.

The course is challenging but it’s well- organized and transforms curious yoga students into confident yoga teachers! The course is pretty intense - but its comprehensive curriculum covered all aspects of yoga, from its rich history and philosophy to anatomy, class planning, and lots of opportunities and feedback to start practicing our teaching.

Les deux semaines ont été parfaitement organisées autour du Yoga ! Charlie a une grande expérience de la discipline , est très disponible pour toutes questions au besoin.
