Meet Charlie Brown, founder of IndivYoga Switzerland since 2009 and the voice behind the British Airways on-board Yoga and Mindfulness program is having an online Meet and Greet information session on Wednesday 31st of July at 8 PM CET/7 PM UK time.
With several years of experience in training about 400 yoga teachers globally, Charlie will explain everything you need to know about her 2-week intensive Yoga Alliance Course in Portugal. She will go over everything you need to know about this intensive course, schedules, coursework, meals, and more.
You will have the opportunity to ask questions to Charlie and discover if this course is the right option for you to learn more about yoga and Mindfulness by the hand of Charlie.
Charlie Stewart-Brown is the founder of Indiv Yoga Switzerland (since 2009), and ERYT500 (Experience Registered Yoga Teacher 500 hrs with the Yoga Alliance), and a lead yoga instructor on yoga teacher training courses. She has over 26 yrs of yoga experience, more than 1300 training hours and over 22,700 hours of teaching yoga, adding over 1000 hours each year! She’s trained more than 400 yoga teachers worldwide and is the voice of the British Airways on-board yoga program.
Indiv Yoga was created in 2009 by ERYT500 Charlie Stewart-Brown. It provides Yoga and Meditation Retreats, Yoga Alliance 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training Course and the RCYT Kids Yoga Teacher Training Course, seminars and online courses. It is based in Nyon (1260) Switzerland.
